IN CHARACTER INFORMATION
Name: Moses Sandor
Canon: Tales of Legendia
OU/AU/OC: OU
Canon Point: End of his Character Quest, just before releasing Giet in the Quiet Lands.
History: Link! He also visited Equestria for the Fourth Wall event.
Personality: Moses is, to put it gently, a man of hidden depths. At first glance, he's rash, temperamental, irresponsible and generally idiotic. He frequently acts according to impulse and instinct, without regard for caution or logic. The vast majority of what comes out of his mouth is stupid jokes, dirty comments, boasts, and other thoughts that don't seem to be filtered at all. On top of that, he's wildly uncivilized, preferring to camp out rather than live in a house, and has no regard for the law. In fact, he doesn't seem to take anything seriously at all.

At second glance, however...well, he's still rash and temperamental. But beneath the impulsive exterior is a loyal man, willing to lay down his life for those who look up to him without a second thought. When it comes to defending his own, he is dedicated and clever. As a leader, he shows charisma and confidence, as well as compassion. His followers are his family, rather than just subordinates. And to him, family is the most important thing in the world, to the point where he will happily help someone with no expectation of repayment if they tell him they're doing something for the sake of family.

Even beyond that, he proves himself to be a very soft and emotional person, completely at odds with his savage and barbaric appearance. Despite his constant boasts of manliness, he's not ashamed to cry or show fear. It could be said that he wears his heart on his proverbial sleeve, whether he's angry, sad or touched. It wouldn't be inaccurate to call him passionate in everything he does, even as he seems to follow his whims and act with no worthwhile motivation most of the time. In truth, he's simply playful, acting according to whatever entertains him at the moment and putting his heart into even that.

He is not, however, an entirely nice man. Though friendly and warm to those he meets as friends or allies, he is not a bandit in name only. He has a certain, if diminished, degree of selfishness, and shows no remorse for his history of criminal activity. While not one to ruin someone's life unprovoked, he has no qualms about stealing, kidnapping or otherwise severely inconveniencing strangers for his own gain, nor about killing his enemies. He is, in fact, quite violent at times, and can be truly vicious when personally angered.

All of this combines into an energetic, antagonistic young man of simplistic desires, but genuine and heartfelt emotion.
Strengths:
- Iron Eres: As an Iron Eren, Moses is stronger and more durable than a normal human. He can also imbue his physical attacks with energy to cause effects that wouldn't otherwise be possible.
- Determination: Once his heart is set on something, he won't back down.
- Good with animals: Including the ability to learn animal languages.
- Leadership: He has a way of attracting followers and earning their absolute loyalty.
- Observational skills: Despite his missing eye and reckless attitude, there's very little Moses doesn't see. This includes reading other people and their emotions.
- Survival skills: If it has to do with getting along in the outdoors, he can do it. This includes hunting, navigating, tracking and reading weather patterns.
- Perseverance: He's very difficult to discourage, and always bounces back from disappointment.
- Good at making things: Be it jewelry, crafts or traps.
- Loyal: Those who know him know they can always count on him to look out for them.
- Level headed: Even when angry, he's learned better than to pick a fight he can't win.
- Instincts: His instincts are usually pretty solid, all told.
- Climax Mode: One ability of Eres is to temporarily freeze time in the immediate area after building energy through fighting. For the purposes of game balance, I'll be giving this power a 50% chance to miss each target.
Weaknesses:
- Impulsive: If ever there was a man who leaped before he looked...
- Temperamental: He's easy to get riled up to the point of embarrassing himself.
- Kinda dumb: Observational and clever he may be, but he's not so good at things like logic.
- No mental filter: He's prone to saying whatever comes to mind, which frequently grates on other people.
- Loyal: When it comes to split loyalties or subtle betrayals, Moses can agonize for days over how to take it. He's also very quick to forgive people he cares about, which makes him easy to take advantage of by someone with the right mindset.
- Half blind: The eyepatch isn't just for show, he's missing his left eye. As such, he has no depth perception and can't see anything to his direct left.
Possessions:
- Giet, a wolf-like creature and his best friend
- Gungnir, the ultimate throwing spear, heals the user when used to deal a killing or knockout blow
- Emperor's New Clothes, invisible clothing that absorbs all elemental damage
- Extreme Symbol, a charm that doubles the wearer's strength and accuracy but halves their defensive abilities and evasion
- Assorted jewelry and accessories, including his eyepatch, that serve no practical use
Pony/Animal Type: Pegasus, it suits his brash and impulsive nature.
Cutie Mark: A canine pawprint
Pony Picture:

SAMPLES
First Person: Thread with Fluttershy.
Third Person: Moses was getting used to the unusual on the Legacy. He'd even been warned by that pegasus girl that people here were usually ponies. But he still wasn't prepared for the burst of rainbow light that left him standing on all fours, with two extra limbs sticking out of his back.

“What. The. Hay?

At the last word that came out of his mouth, he froze. Then he blinked his single eye, scratching the back of his head with one hoof.

“What'd ah jus' say? Think this place is gettin' to me, Giet.”

His companion barked, a sound Moses thought sounded far too amused. But that wasn't really a surprise, the galf was hardly the most empathic person he knew. Not that it mattered, he was used to his friends picking on him. So instead of commenting, he just shook his head and looked up.

“Awww, whatever. Looks like we got one more adventure together ahead've us, huh? Well, ah say bring it! Ain't nothin' we can't handle, right Giet?”

Giet threw back his head in a howl, as Moses grinned to the sky. But in truth, there was part of him that didn't want to. When he got home, he knew, he and Giet would be parting ways. Part of him wanted to put that off as long as he could. But that wasn't an option, and he knew it. They both needed to learn and grow without each other for a while. Besides, it would be an insult to the rest of his family to give up on them just so he could stay here with Giet, right? Right. But still, it could be nice while it lasted.

“Now come on, race ya to town! Yahooo!”
